Fab hotel, 04 November 2009
I stayed at this hotel in May 2008 and had a fantastic holiday. I travelled on a all inclusive basis but the hotel offers bed and breakfast, half board and full board. The food was great and a different variety available in the buffet restaurant of a evening, or quick snacks from the beach bar of a lunchtime. The grounds were well maintained and always sun beds and umbrellas available. The Shilax pool was the adults only and fresh water swimming pool, all other pools are salt water. Entertainment team were excellent and work so hard! I would recommend this hotel to all customers!

Great time,
25 July 2010I have just returned (21 July 2010) from a 14 night stay at this hotel and I must say we had a great time. We were on our honeymoon. Upon arrival we were given a drink and a cold hand towel to cool down we checked in and was upgraded to a pool/sea view free of charge, this is a must the view is excellent. The rooms are very spacious and cleaned everyday without fail. We always had items made out of our towels left on the bed which was lovely. The grounds are very green with lush plants, flowers and waterfalls. There are several pools including an adults only with a swim up bar, however this is not included on the all inclusive.
We stayed all inclusive but it is so cheap to eat out so you don't have to do this option but we just got a good deal. There are places within walking distance where you can eat if you didn't fancy the hotel or Naama bay is just a 10 minute drive away at 3 one way. The hotel does do a shuttle bus at 1 per person each way and they drop you off right outside shops. Most of the pools are salt water which isn't everyones cup of tea but there are several showers around the pool that you can use to wash down after a swim. The adults pool isn't saltwater. The food is of good quality but very same same. The breakfasts are the best but bare in mind they don't have pork with Egypt being a Muslim country. We didn't miss it at all as there was so much of everything else, pancakes, cereals, fruit, omlettes etc. The staff on a whole were very friendly I think that they get a little annoyed with the Russians and Italians as they never say please and thank you so quite like the Brits for their manors. We always got a sunlounger we gave the gent a small tip on the first day and he reserved them for us every day after. The sea off the beach is just stunning the fish are amazing and come right up close to you. There are water sports available from the beach and they are inexpensive. The beach was very relaxing and not many people tend to go there so for somewhere quiet this is ideal. On a whole I would recommend this hotel its not like some of the Hiltons I have been to if I'm honest the standard is slightly lower but I think you find this across the board in
Sharm. We were very pleased with our stay and would return at a later date.

01 February 2010Very high quality accommodation! Superb staff very friendly. The facilities here are amazing and the Italian restaurant is out of this world! We ate there every night! The pool is very large and the pool bar food is brilliant. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent,
05 November 2009Hotel it's excellent would offer it to anyone who wants a nice holiday....

Excellent!!!!,
02 August 2009The hotel is fantastic and for service I would give it 10 out of 10, they bend over backwards to help you. If it's a special occasion they put flowers in the room everyday and also sometimes they put flowers besides the sunbed by the pool.
The glass lift that takes you from the restaurant to the pool is so good when your feeling lazy!
This hotel however is not really suitable for the less mobile because there are lots of steps and it's hilly. The hotel is on the beach, however the beach is only available by the use of steps and the jetty.
