The Area Around The Esprit Villas :
As with all beaches near Latchi, the water's as clear as it's possible to be. The expanse of sand and pebbles seems to go on forever and all framed by the mountains in the distance.
Latchi's once tiny fishing harbour has been transformed into a modern marina, but it's still kept its laid back charm. Old stone fronted fish warehouses have been turned into restaurants, tavernas, shops and places of recreation. Mouth watering fresh fish comes straight off the boats and onto the grills of the eateries lining the harbour and beach front.

With the ridge of the Akamas Peninsula as a backdrop, the tiny fishing harbour of Latchi has a lovely setting by the sea and it is close to a series of bays. Alongside the hotels and tourist apartments you can find some of the best places to sample fish and seafood freshly caught locally, for which Latchi has an island-wide reputation.

Beaches
Several beaches, mostly sand/shingle. Conditions for swimming are generally good but coastal breezes tend to develop, especially after midday and the shore tends to shelve steeply in places, so caution is always advisable. Restaurants and bars. Sunbeds and parasols available.

Several supermarkets, souvenir shops and 1 leather shop.
