Maspalomas is for people who love to sun bath all day long, the sandy beaches are the main attraction of Maspalomas, as well as the fact that they stretch well over 6km long, the sand dunes attract people from all over Gran Canaria. The resort its self is a lot quieter and far more up market than its neighbouring resort of Playa Del Ingles, which can be reached by a walk across the sand dunes.

San Agustin is a quiet and compact resort situated on the south coast of Gran Canaria, San Agustin has avoided the development of big office blocks and high rise hotels, so has become idyllic spot by the sea. Playa Taurito is a very small and quiet resort, purpose built on Gran Canaria's south coast near Puerto Rico, Playa Taurito is the perfect holiday resort in Gran Canaria for those who wish to relax and leave there troubles behind. There is very little to do and is a also classed as a very good base for those who wish to go sightseeing around the island.
